At The Mercer Brand, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original condition.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location and keep your receipt to track the status of your refund or exchange.
